Odele Caldecourt - Strategic Youth Minister

Odele worked as a Probation Officer and was involved in Youth and Community Work at Gold hill Baptist Church in Buckinghamshire before joining PSALMS in 2010 . Before University where she studied her first degree, Psychology, she did two years out with Youth For Christ. She is passionate about helping young people explore who they are and make sense of the world, especially through creative arts. Outside work she loves to spend time with friends & family, cooking, listening to music, trying to be creative and active. Odele works mainly in Stonehouse and Thameshead.

Fiona Gill - Strategic Children's Adviser

Fiona joined PSALMS in 2010 having served as a board member for several years prior to this. She has been appointed to carry out a strategic review of childrens work in the area with a view to making recommendations about how to take this important area forward.

Ruth Graveling - Strategic Youth and Sports Minister

Ruth is originally from Norfolk and has a background in Sports Science (MSc), Sports Coaching and Personal Training. Her favourite sports are basketball and windsurfing.  She did a ‘year-out’ with Youth For Christ before University working as a basketball coach-youth worker and since then has got involved in youth work in various capacities. She joined PSALMS in 2008 and works mainly in Nailsworth and Minchinhampton.  

Andy Harding - Strategic Youth and Sports Minister

Is a graduate from the London School of Theology.  Prior to that he was a key part of the youth work programme at Gold Hill Baptist Church and worked in retail management.  Andy joined PSALMS in 2008 and is passionate about discipleship and developing young people in leadership, in self-esteem, relationally and most importantly in faith.  Andy works mainly in Painswick and Stroud.

Anton Wynn - Trainee Youth Minister

Anton joined PSALMS in 2010 as trainee Youth Minister for the HIlls and Vales are (Chalford, Bisley & surrounding villages). Having lived all his life there, Anton has always had a heart for working with children and young people in the area. Anton is married to Cathy, and has three young children.
